Four times a year, Performance Art Stavanger invites a performing artist to Rogaland Art Center.
Together with a moderator and the audience, we dive into interesting and relevant topics within performance and the artist’s own work. Where the conversation will lead, and what happens along the way, is entirely up to the participants.
Performance Café is a welcoming space where performing artists and other interested individuals are invited to come together for meaningful conversations and the exchange of experiences.
This time, we have invited Siri Borge, who works with performance art characterized by strong feminist and sociopolitical concepts.
Siri Borge holds a bachelor’s degree in art from the Art Academy in Bergen and has received several grants, including a working grant from Stavanger Municipality. Borge has previously shown performances at NADA Miami, Bryne Art Association, New Orleans, Arts Estuary 1024 in New York, Landmark in Bergen, and Sokndal.
